Naveed, and his great staff were fantastic on getting out my non-paying, lying, scheming tenants in Queens. Rented to a family of 3 and they had a fourth person move in. They used different names and for the time I had them they never paid their rent on time. They could of milked me for 6-12 months w...ith both their fake and real issues they always had.
