Attorney Siddiqi handled my And my wife’s case every step of the way. We had copies of all of our documents through his clever online site, and were kept informed of upcoming court dates and happenings every step of the way. I was not happy about the length of time between court dates but that was ...the courts fault and I cannot blame my attorney for that. Naveed worked with my budget on his fees and got me a affordable payment plan with my landlord. Now I don't have to worry about being evicted during holidays. Mr. Siddiqi agreed to represent me in my landlord/tenant case. Mr. Siddiqi would encourage me to not show up to hearings saying he would handle them. Once I showed up and he had passed my case to a colleague to adjourn it without my consent. He even called me later that day saying that he had made ...a deal with the tenant not knowing I had been there the entire time while he was not. Prior to me witnessing this, he would state that he had tried worked out agreements with my tenant but then later say the tenant defaulted on the agreement. I later followed up with the tenant she reported that neither Mr. Siddiqi nor his representatives had ever contacted her. Mr. Siddiqi told me everything I wanted to hear but never provided fair or sincere representation. I understand the need to be paid but I don't understand cutting corners and lying outright.
