Trying to be private as I can, I found this site, and feel compelled to write something. Mr. Elkin, or Michael as we called him, saved, litteraly, my husband's life. Michael defended him against some very serious charges that were just bologny. As my husband and Michael decided to go to trial we w...ere very nervous because as Michael said, ignorance of the law is not a defense in our case. To make a long story short, he was a chef in the court room. I am not sure whether the jury believed us or they felt that Michael was being honest and dilligent about our innocense.
