Biography
I've been practicng law in the New York metropolitan area for almost 30 years. I help people who have been injured in any type of accident, as well as those who have been arrested. When I'm not wearing my lawyer hat, I'm usually doing something physical since I'm a fitness nut. I actually teach a high-end cardio kickboxing class at Bally Total Fitness two days each week.

Very Good Lawyer. Got my DWI reduced to a DWAI with a good plea deal
Was charged with a DWI, Blowing a 0.89. Michael has good relationships with the DA'S, and was able to get a reasonable plea deal, for a DWAI, with a conditional Discharge. The only thing he is unsuccessful in in was in the hearing for my hardship privilege license.
