talked to the lawyer on the phone. He is not very clear with how contingency fee was charged. We know the contingency fee is charged as 1/3 of the settlement. But he asked us to choose the fee options between gross and net. This is common sense gross always greater than net. Who will choose gross... ...and he told me that if we lose the case we will still have to pay... I was like really? my wife got hit by a car and the drive is 100% responsible and you said that you have chance to lose the case... just unbelievable.... not recommended.... sorry..
