We have found her to certainly be well meaning. That being said, she has an absolutely overwhelming caseload, and is very disorganized. It is difficult for her to stay on top of a case. This leads to her judgement being unpredictable, and unrelaible . SHe makes mistakes, doesn't remember accurate det...ails about cases, and has a result makes decisons which are clearly not in the best intersts of the children she is sworn to protect. Decisions are made by her based on false assumptions , and she frequently casts suspicions on innocent parties, becasue she doesn't spend time reviewing information pertainent to the cases she is working on.
