About Lindsey
Biography
I have dedicated myself to advancing, understanding, utilizing and interpreting the complex United States immigration laws for the benefit of my clients. While living in Washington, DC, I provided legal support to international organizations that urged Congress to create common-sense policies to fight against the resource curse in impoverished countries and to prevent the unintentional funding of international terrorism with US dollars. I also assisted with the publication of a Legal Advisory that continues to help criminal attorneys properly defend and protect the immigration rights of their clients. Since moving to NY, I have worked with multiple nonprofit organizations to provide direct legal assistance to immigrants struggling to navigate the US immigration laws. In 2015, I opened a partnership in Queens to continue fighting as dedicated defenders of immigrants’ rights. Please contact me for a personal and honest evaluation of your case.
