Joe, and the firm he is with (John A. Gemelli, P.C.), came highly recommended to me by a friend who is herself a highly regarded attorney. (She called them "The Kings of Queens".) After meeting with Joe at his office for a consultation, I hired him on the spot for a case we had involving ACS. Havi...ng been an employee with ACS years before, Joe was very knowledgeable about the department, their tactics, their administrative policies, etc... and how best to handle the whole situation. I also found Joe very easy to work with, sympathetic, reassuring, confident, aggressive when necessary but not overly so, timely with his responses to my inquiries, and very reachable via both phone and email.
