I hired David in the fall of 2020 to draft a prenupital agreement and represent me in negotiations with my future wife's attorney. I'm very satisfied with David's representation. He took the time to understand my circumstances, thoroughly explained and provided guidance for parts of the agreement I w...as unsure of, and was very responsive to questions. Mr. Gross' experience in going through the prenup drafting and revision process, aside from being generally useful in drafting a thorough agreement, came in handy in two ways which I'd like to specifically note: * David encouraged me to discuss the agreement terms we had in mind with my future wife and reach an understanding so that extensive revision would not be necessary. As expected, this saved time and money in the end, as few revisions needed to be made. Having these early in the process also helped my wife and I understand each other's fears and priorities relating to marriage more clearly. Happy to say that this process made us more confident that we were marrying the right person, not less. * My wife-to-be was having trouble finding an attorney that could represent her well. Mr. Gross referred us to someone who he felt would be a good fit, which ended up being the case. I'd like to note that he didn't suggest tapping his network until we had spent substantial time and effort looking for representation unsuccessfully, and at no point did we feel pressured to go with the attorney he recommended. I don't plan on needing Mr. Gross' services in the future, but wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who does, especially someone looking for an experienced guide through the prenupital agreement process.

This was the first time I have hired an attorney for any reason and I was a bit skeptical going into the process, not knowing what to expect. From start to finish, he was very thorough in making sure I understood what each part of t...he agreement meant and how it could be interpreted under the law. There were a few instances where he advised me what he thought was in my best interest and if I made concessions, as long as he was certain that I understood what I was agreeing to, he respected my decision. He listened to all of my concerns and was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls, much more than my husband's attorney. He charged a fair fee and I wasn't shocked by the bill at the end, which was a relief. Overall, I had a positive experience with David and I would definitely retain his services again, though hopefully I won't need his services in the future! I would recommend him to friends and family that are looking for a divorce attorney, particularly in prenuptial agreements.
