My husband and I closed on a house about a week ago. Brian is very lively, funny and lights up the room when he walks in. We had a great experience from the time we went into contract until the day we closed! His office is very professional. They do not miss a thing! Brian and his staff went "above and beyond" in a very complicated case and brought it to a successful conclusion in a timely manner. My family and I were selling a home that had been in our family for about 80 years, but had been neglected for the last 25 years. Brian showed great professional expert...ise from prior to our listing the property to the conclusion of the closing. He was available to advise us throughout the entire experience and answered our many questions in the absence of a realtor. He came up with ingenious solutions to resolve last-minute problems that could have sunk the deal. He was very patient and understanding in dealing with the elderly members of our family. During the closing, he took the time to explain each document to all of us and showed concern for our physical comfort. He kept the closing process moving and had it wrapped up in a very reasonable amount of time. He has great energy and a very pleasant disposition, even maintaining a sense of humor throughout a sometimes stressful process. My family members will definitely be using him again.
