Initially, Frances demonstrated responsiveness that gave me confidence in her abilities. However, I later observed a decline in attention to detail and execution on my case. Subsequently, she became unresponsive to emails and returned my call after a significant delay of 2 months. Despite an apology ...and my willingness to move forward, the pattern repeated, with another 2 months of unresponsiveness. This lack of professionalism has been disappointing.

Ms Ruiz is Go-Getter, passionate about her clients cases, she knows her stuff and gave me great advice and is an amazing family attorney, she returns my calls and emails, She is a smart, honest and knowledgeable lawyer.
