After trying to call a few times with no success I was able to arrange a phone consultation with Daniel S. Drucker. Before our phone appointment I sent him a summary of my issue and all relevant documentation via email, asking him to please confirm that he received it. Since he did not confirm, I h...ad to call his secretary to obtain confirmation that he received it. As soon as our phone call began, the first thing he asked--before even letting me say anything about my issue--was my credit card information, so that he could charge me for the base fee (which would have increased if we had stayed on the phone longer than a certain time). After I paid, I started talking about my issue and from his questions I could sense that he did not read the email and documents I had sent him. His advice was not helpful at all but rather a paraphrase of the thoughts I expressed to him.
