Baruch did NOT file with the courts on time for depositions and discovery. Our new lawyer says the courts are unhappy with Baruch’s actions, or lack thereof, and this may result in us losing the case! Baruch’s unprofessionalism and poor communication cost us significant time, money, and resources.... He would disappear for months without any updates, leaving us completely in the dark. His lack of diligence caused us to miss important trial dates and follow-ups with the judge. Even after a small partial settlement, he delayed payment to us, making the process unnecessarily frustrating. We had to constantly chase him for updates and communication. This lawyer’s service was not only unprofessional but also deeply unreliable. I strongly recommend avoiding Baruch if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I truly dislike having to leave anyone a negative review as I know life happens, but I feel compelled to inform those considering hiring Mr. Gottesman about the challenges we faced with communication and the significant time lost during our specific fraud/breach of contract case. Despite our efforts ...to reach him over 7-9 months, we missed crucial trial dates, updates during the investigation, the opportunity to speak at the hearing, and more. This setback could potentially jeopardize our ability to file suit or receive any restitution EVER!! It's important to note that our agreement with Mr. Gottesman was contingency-based, and no funds were paid upfront.
