Wonderful help to families

I highly recommend the law office of Ann-Margaret Carrozza from the perspective of family affected by loss. My parents passed away in the same year. When my mom passed away, the law office of Ann-Margaret Carrozza was available to help my dad navigate necessary changes for the estate. Later in the... year my father was sick. Ann-Margaret Carrozza and her associates were available to my family as we navigated questions that came up regarding our estate and guidance in making changes to legal documents. As he was planning the estate, my father expressed the need for a lawyer who would be accessible to our family after death and would be willing to give advice as a courtesy. This law firm most certainly was available to us. Ann-Margaret Carrozza took the time to go over concerns and questions we had, even though she has a busy schedule. I hope this review is helpful to families looking for a firm to help in estate planning.

Knowledgeable and Caring

The first time I met Ann-Margaret Carrozza, an elder care lawyer, was in 2006. As the executrix of my parent's Last Will and Testament, I accompanied then to the law offices of Ann-Margaret to be part of the process. This would be the first meeting of many, through the years 2006-2017, for the purpo...ses of updating their Will and preparing an Estate Plan for them. Each and every time, I was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and warmth that Ann-Margaret possessed. My mother passed away in 2019 and my father passed away this past year. Along with grieving, I was feeling overwhelmed by the daunting task of what steps I needed to take next or even where to begin. During last year's pandemic, I reached out to Ann-Margaret and she promptly set up a virtual consultation, during which she was very patient addressing all our needs. Giving me the time I needed to have all my questions answered, she made sure that I understood the process and gave me the tools to navigate all the steps at no charge. I had a challenging situation with a sibling and Ann-Margaret provided me with a thoughtful solution that honored what my parents wanted and protected my sibling, as well. What impressed me most about this meeting was before we got into the business part, Ann-Margaret asked me about the last couple of months of my father's life and all that he went through. Her sincere concern and compassion was so heartwarming, I knew immediately that this is a person that really cares about people and her clients! I know that I can reach out to her at any time with questions or seeking her advice. My husband and I know that when we are ready to begin the Estate Planning process for our children, there is no doubt that we will be contacting Ann-Margaret. I wholeheartedly recommend the Firm of Ann-Margaret Carrozza to all my family, friends and anyone that needs a dedicated, knowledgeable, compassionate and professional elder care lawyer.

Ann Margaret Carrozza ( Knows her stuff. )

I hired Ann Margaret Carrozza after my wife and I had a meeting with her about protecting our assets and estate planning during the meeting it was obvious she knows her stuff. Ann Margaret and her team worked hard to cover all the situations that may occur. Just recently I contacted her for some advi...ce re: estate planning she was quick to respond and answered my question. I recommend Ann Margaret Carrozza. You worked hard for your assets make sure you protect them.

I'd give them a million stars if I could.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with the attorneys at The Law Offices of Ann-Margaret Carrozza for several times over the last five years. He came to them after doing a search for elder-care lawyers in our area. My husband had a consultation with Ann-Margaret to review his elderly m...other’s situation and needs, and then retained the firm for all the legal work—a power of attorney, will, health care proxy, and estate planning services. This past autumn, we retained them for all the same services for ourselves. We’ve worked with Debra Kruper and Maureen Wynne throughout this period. They are exceptionally professional, thorough, and generous with time and advice. That would be sufficient reason to retain this woman-owned law firm, but they also possess a rare quality of empathy and generosity of spirit. Whenever a home visit was necessary to get papers signed, they came to Mom’s or our home. If we needed an extra witness, they provided one. Whenever we had a question, or needed help sorting out a thorny situation, they were always available by phone or email or in person. The small fee my husband paid for the initial consultation (which was deducted in full from all the legal work we did) was a big and valuable investment in Mom’s security and in our own. We’ve been extremely happy with their services over the last five years. I know that we have done well by the next generation of our family by retaining lawyers who are not just really good at their jobs and fierce, committed defenders of our interests, but are also good, honest people with generous hearts and compassion (as well as street smarts). If I could give them a million stars, I would.

Very Pleased

I contacted the firm to complete distribution of my aunt's Trust. The attorney that was originally hired dropped the ball when she had personal problems to attend to. She was working on the distribution for about 5 years and was not cooperative during the transition process. It took Maureen Wynne a...nd other members of the firm a while to complete the final accounting due to missing bank statements. Once all the documentation was in place the distribution was completed in a very timely manner. I was always advised of the progress (or lack of progress due to the previous attorney's inaction). I definitely recommend this law firm.
