For more than 20 years, my office has guided individuals and families on protecting assets from taxes, long term care expenses, devastating break ups and con artists.
I am a regular legal contributor to Dr Phil and other TV programs. I am the author of Love and Money, published by Allworth press 2017. I also served as a NYS Assemblywoman for 14 years where I focused on legislation affecting trusts, estate planning and elder law.
