Over 20 years ago, my mother listened to an Elder Care workshop presented by Ann Margaret Carrozza at my mother’s senior center and thus began our long, multi-generational and very satisfying relationship with this dedicated elder care lawyer. Ms. Carrozza not only developed a trust for my mother’...s estate, but recently completed a comprehensive estate plan for me. She is an expert in the field and extremely patient. I was provided with my documents in advance of our meetings, allowing me time to review and develop my questions. She devoted significant time in answering them, leaving me feeling safe and secure in my decisions. My husband and I first went to see Ann Margaret Carrozza in 2013 to do a Trust, and Last Will and Testament. Ann-Margaret Carrozza, Esq. did an extraordinary job putting together our wills, Power of Attorney documents and family trust. Not only was the paperwork done carefully and correctly but she also spent the time to ensure we understood what we needed to do everything correctly. We never felt rushed or... that she was watching her time. She promised us a flat fee for everything and despite some complications she never asked for a penny more. When she promised to do check-ups with us to ensure that as our situation changed the documents would still be accurate and effective, she meant it.
