He is a theft

Martin Chow withheld my $20,000 illegally. He has never provide clear title proof, he was not able to communicate with my attorney. He just so entitle to keep people’s money.

Wow! Terrible.

Terrible Atty. Never responds. Completely messed up our due diligence process. We found out after the closing one of the permits were overlooked and when we contacted him -- no response. He'll wait until the statue will expire then respond. Do not hire this atty.

Fail.

One of the worst attorneys I've dealt with. Never responds back. Poor work ethic - you get what you pay for with this firm. Do not hire them.

I would use him if I had to do a home closing

went to michael f mongelli because I had a commercial matter to deal with. I was directed to his associate martin. Martin is not commercial/litigation lawyer material. He should stick to home closings. My case was poorly managed and handled. Calls not returned nor emails. After reading the ...other review about Michael Mongelli's firm I may not even use them for a home buy/sale.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
