Jenny Ahn is a very knowledgeable attorney. She specializes in commercial and home real estate. If you are planning to buy/sell a coop,condo, house or commercial real estate, you should use her. There are tons of general attorneys who do real estate, but end up not really knowing their stuff, and ...it shows during closings. Be careful there are some crazy lawyers out there.
