Reached out to Lisa for selling my business. She was very attentive and is always reachable both by email and phone. She was mainly the only one steering the wheels, as my landlord does not care who we sale the business to, and the opposite attorney was a very very "crazy", very uncooperative, and v...ery nick picky individual! The buyer and I was technically the messenger between buyer's attorney, as he never reached out or response to any of Lisa's initial calls and emails. Lisa was very furious with the opposite lawyer and said to me "I do not know what is the point of you hiring me, if you have to be my messenger between the other attroney. The other attorney have all my contact information and reach me directly" That is exactly correct! After nearly 1 month and a half, I was getting very fed up with the buyer's attorney and I was literally talking very harshly to him and said, "reach out to my lawyer, she has all the paper work ready for you to review" then, the buyer's lawyer actually reached out to Lisa! Since we now know that we are dealing with a "crazy" attorney, I apologized to Lisa and asked her to just "do it the way he wants it done," and complete the closing! Finally!!! I have dealt with multiple attorney's, for real estate, immigration, and custody, and so far, Lisa is really one of the most attentive, responsive, and dedicative attorney I have met. Lisa does not BS, she goes straight to the point, wasting no time. I will definitely keep her number on my phone！ Thank you for all you have done!
