Lisa helped us successfully sold our apartment in Long Island City, New York. The whole process was really smooth. And the legal fee is very reasonable as well. We did have some issues with the apartment that needs to be fixed, Lisa handled those problems perfectly, and achieved all of our goals thru... out the process. We hired Lisa to help us with the purchase of our first home. She came highly recommended from friends and family and she did not disappoint at all. In fact, she exceeded all expectations. Lisa looked out for our best interest in the whole transaction, very meticulous with the details—flagging anythi...ng of concern. She simplified and explained all the legal terms in manageable and easy to understand language. Also walking us through all the steps of the contracting and closing process. Lisa responded to emails and phone calls quickly.
