Horrible experience. Andrew is very experienced and knowledgeable but does not like to explain things to you after the initial meeting. Eventhough you are the client, he feels that you don't need to know everything since he is taking care of it. As for his paralegals, they are horrible. They are ...all lazy, liers and nasty. Not professional at all. They all have very bad attitudes and would just lie to you because they don't want to work. Jenny, Amy and Connie just pass the ball to each other and ignore your questions. I really regret for using them. AVIOD!!!

Andrew is a knowledgeable and experienced lawyer (used him more than once). Every time we had a meeting he would give quality customer service with a smile, provide explanations about the transactions, and would answer all our questions regardless how silly they are. HOWEVER, his staff is a diffe...rent story, ESPECIALLY THE OFFICE MANAGER JENNY! She DOES NOT have any people skills, does not reply to emails or phone calls (we had to continually contact her to get answers), does not give explanations or answer questions in a straightfoward manner, and has a mean and nasty attitude. If she is stressed (which is all the time), she takes it out on the client (which is the all the time). The last couple of transactions should have been smooth but in dealing with her, it was not! Because of Jenny, we are not using Andrew again even though we had a positive experience with him. As for the ratings, they are low because of Jenny (could have been higher if the staff treated the client better or hire experienced staff with better people skills). BEWARE!
