My mom and I worked with Andrew and were often assisted by Charlene L, Andrew's paralegal. Mom was recommended two different lawyers to work with (by our realtor, the amazing Lawrence Wong and his team) and after speaking with Charlene, Mom picked Andrew. Mom says Charlene is always kind and helpful,... and that sealed the deal for Mom! Andrew and team are great with answering emails and phone calls. The real estate market is hot in NYC, so they can be busy. Andrew goes between is Queens and Brooklyn offices. Andrew has always explained things to me in detail. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone detailing the contract to me before I signed it. As I am in WA state currently, I trusted the sale to my Mom and Andrew and team, and they did not disappoint. After the closing, Andrew and team quickly scanned and emailed me all pertinent docs. From day one, I knew I was in good hands. Andrew also has a fun sense of humor. We're really glad to have worked with Andrew and team! Thank you so much for your assistance throughout this process and for all your reassurances!

I used Andrew Leong for my business closing. The purchase was very complicated and throughout the process Mr. Leong and his team were very timely in returning our calls and emails. Since then I have had other legal manners and once again Andrew and his team have always been buy my side and have... alwasy come thru for my company. I consider myself fortunate to alwasy have Andrew and his team in my corner.

Had a positive experience working with Andrew Leong. As a new condo owner, the whole process went very smoothly despite it being such a stressful new life event. On the day of the closing, it was quite intimidating but I felt safe with Andrew as my attorney guiding us through. He explained to us what... was going on (I had no clue), what the documents entails, whether or not i'm signing my life away, and thinking back, made me really appreciative that he took the time to make the process easier for us. I would recommend and would go back to him in the future.

So regret for using this law firm. Never call back promptly, always lie about the status of your file because they do not want to work. The paralegals bounce your calls to each other so they can avoid answering your questions. Both attorney and paralegals refuse to explain and answer your questions.... They feel like you don't need to know because they think they are better than you. That is a waste of their time to explain things to you. Probably feel that your file/case is not big enough for them to pay too much attention to you. Its very insulting to a client when your attorney and paralegals (which you pay them) talk to you with a nasty attitude and do not feel like they are obligated to assist/work with you. Definitely avoid using this law firm.
