For thirty years, I have been aggressively, strategically and successfully representing the rights of the seriously and catastrophically injured.
When you choose me for your case, I have but one goal in mind – to get you the best possible result. And, the more complicated and difficult the case, the more I enjoy the challenge.
I handle a wide array of cases and I invite you to have a look to see if I can be of help to you. If you’d like to speak, I’ll welcome your call. If, for any reason, I am not the right lawyer for your case, it’s likely I know who is, and I’d be happy to steer you in the right direction with a thoughtful referral.
If not on trial, my second passion is cruising by sail. Oddly enough, there’s a great similarity between trial law and sailing. You have to navigate often difficult, sometimes hostile, and usually unpredictable situations – be creative, flexible, and able to think outside the box – possess the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed – and, ultimately you must reach your destination. Whether sailing from one island nation to another, or fighting tenaciously for your rights, it’s all about getting there.
Be it survival at sea, or success in the courtroom, you deserve someone you can relate to and trust to serve your better interests. When you hire me, you get me, not a paralegal and not an inexperienced associate.
I maintain a small and select practice able to devote ample attention and resources to every case I handle. I use names, not file numbers!
When you need someone to navigate the legal system – I say welcome aboard!
