Dear Client, thanks for your review. Especially the part about explaining the entire process. This is so important and an aspect of the Case that we take so very seriously. Too many attorneys, even experienced, older attorneys, do not want to take the time to explain, thinking instead that so long as they get the results, no explanation is needed. Bankruptcy

When I first learned how bad the situation I was in financially, I had no clue what to do or where to go. I was informed by the debt consolidation company I was with that my best bet was to file for bankruptcy. At first that sounded like a very scary route to take. I had spoken to a couple of close friends and they assured me everything would be fine. Little did I know 60 days later I would have had my court hearing and everything turned out better than fine. Mr. Doyaga, Mrs. Nigro and the rest of the team were amazing! I 100% recommend this firm if you are in the spot I was financially. Mr. Doyaga was very professional but was able to give me some comfort in knowing that he and his team would have everything under control and that I wouldn’t have anything to worry about. And today, we have so many ways we are able to communicate as lawyers, like myself, use email to communicate and text messaging to communicate, throughout the case and even, should the Client prefer, we use phone calls and letters. But any way you do it, you must be responsive to the Client. You also mention that you shall refer future clients and nothing says you are happy with a lawyers performance on your case than your referral of future clients. One of the best lawyers!

Going in I was very apprehensive, I don't trust the whole court system easily. Upon having multiple conversations through phone and zoom Mr. Doyaga was always on point with all his information and with court appointments. I am very satisfied with his services. Wonderful Firm!

Filed for bankruptcy and I am now able to buy a home

I filed for bankruptcy in 2012 due to the loss of my employment. I hired David Doyaga to help me through the process of filing for bankruptcy which was very difficult for my family and I. Mr. Doyaga assured me that after my bankruptcy was discharged, that I would be able to rebuild my credit. My bankruptcy was discharged in 2014 and I was able to build my credit back up like Mr. Doyaga said. I am now in the process of buying a home for my family. Your life is not over after you file for bankruptcy. I highly recommend David Doyaga.
