Replied last January 05, 2022Dear Client, thanks for your review. Especially the part about explaining the entire process. This is so important and an aspect of the Case that we take so very seriously. Too many attorneys, even experienced, older attorneys, do not want to take the time to explain, thinking instead that so long as they get the results, no explanation is needed. This is wrong and improper. The client MUST understand exactly what are the ramifications and consequences of filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. At the Bankruptcy law offices of David J. If you file a Chapter 7 that has been properly prepared and documented, you should get a discharge and closure in less than 4 months. Very quick. Not draining. Best to you in the future.

And today, we have so many ways we are able to communicate as lawyers, like myself, use email to communicate and text messaging to communicate, throughout the case and even, should the Client prefer, we use phone calls and letters. But any way you do it, you must be responsive to the Client. You also mention that you shall refer future clients and nothing says you are happy with a lawyers performance on your case than your referral of future clients.
