Alex Shulman

I hired this firm for my workers compensation claim after being rear-ended twice on the interstate. They are very unorganized. It takes them weeks to get back to you. They send a different attorney that knows nothing about your caseto each hearing. They lie to you and tell you details about an settle...ment, and you don't find out They lied till after the case has settled when you find out the term differ from what you agreed too. Then after all that they lie more and say they never said or did such things. If you need an attorney I would highly recommend looking for a smaller firm that actually cares about their customers. I hope they don't ruin my personal injury case as well.

I happened to come across this firm and by reading the comments I decided to used them. At the beginning I was treated fairly, however once a Lawyer by the name of JJ took over my case. I was treated as if I was doing him a favor. Mr JJ not only cut me off many times from explaining the cases, his f...irm also sent the wrong information and delayed my cases even further. After many calls, emails, and no replies to get the firm to get me doctors appointments and actual pay from the carrier I gave up. Until the carrier decided to settle, that's when it got worse. Mr JJ acted as if was my only choice, noticing that this was an opportunity to actually talk to Mr JJ, I went as far as explaining to him of the abuse I had taken from the insurance carrier and not to take the first offer, he claimed was the best money I could ever get. His own words "the settlement is astronomical"., plus he kept lying that the firm will barely get anything from the cases. Well that was not the case his firm got the most of the settlement. I had the choice to decline the settlement terms however I was so frustrated with this case and this firm that I decided to stop wasting my time and just finalized the cases. My learning experience here is to never trust any lawyers especially this one.
