I had a particularly nasty, paranoid, doozy of a tenant back in the 2000s and another who was a good guy except that he fell on hard times and needed to go due to rent in arrears by months and months (and at below $500/mo, the cheapest of my little 6 unit brownstone). I was referred to Linda by RSA a...nd she left no stone unturned, I learned things I didn't even know about e.g. that a vet has to be served eviction papers per special procedure (who knew?). The male tenant turned out not to be a vet, but Linda did a thorough search to verify before filing the wrong things and making extra work and $$$! Linda is honest, which I am a stickler about when it comes to business and life. Like me, she was never on a mission to cook books, stretch the truth or anything of the sort just to win a case. High integrity to the bone, cause I would never feel comfortable working with an unscrupulous individual, no matter what the setting. Not only is she a nice person who makes one feel at ease, but she knows the law and gives you personalized attention.
