I had a protracted battle with a large and nasty landlord. Linda fought for me like a real trooper, while at the same time never forgetting that this was a strange and frightening ordeal for me. She always kept me informed and assured me she would do her best to help me. Thanks to her compassion and... communication, I never lost hope. In the end, she did indeed get what I wanted and resolved the situation completely to my satisfaction.

I hired Linda Rzesniowiecki for a non-payment eviction of one of my tenants. She represented herself as expert in the housing court law and procedures. We went through every step of the process; the tenant ignored all the notices and I should have got a default judgement. She made a number of mistake...s in the filings. Most significantly, she failed to put the court's address on the petition /notice of petition and therefore the case was dismissed and I had to start the case all over again, costing me about $10,000 in lost rent and more legal fees.I believe this was malpractice.
