Purchase, Sale, 1031 Exchange
Used this law firm three times, for a purchase, sale and 1031 exchange. Prices are as advertised. Staff is indeed friendly. The attorney is sometimes hard to reach but does always return my calls. I would recommend.

Not first time home buyer
