Biography
Yury Byalik, Esq., CEO of Byalik Law, P.C. has extensive knowledge and experience, both educational and practical, in various areas of business and law. At the age of 16, Mr. Byalik had formed a holding company that he used to start and operate several web based businesses. With time, the sophistication of these websites grew and eventually Mr. Byalik sold these websites to several large clients, including The National Lampoon and LexisNexis (Mr. Byalik is still retained by LexisNexis for website management and consultation services). During law school, Mr. Byalik was certified by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as a student-attorney allowing him to represent and advise clients in civil matters. Additionally, Mr. Byalik’s hands on experience working with personal injury matters and criminal defense work has broadened his extensive knowledge of the various legal issues faced by clients every day. After law school, Mr. Byalik went on to work in risk management consulting where he evaluated insurance contracts and advised clients on coverage issues.
