My wife and I sold a coop and bought a condo and used this office for both transactions. Although it seems that ours is a standard transaction, we needed the purchase contingent on the sale and the sale contingent on the purchase. I switched to Mr. Levin after signing my contract with another attorney. The other attorney was not responsive and not helpful. Unfortunately the contract was already signed and my other attorney convinced me that I was safe without a mortgage contingency, which is definitely not the case.
