Eugene has got a chart for everything.I asked about the mortgage contingency and I received an explanation followed by a handwritten chart and then followed by a printed chart. It was the same way with several other questions. Very easy to talk to and excellent explanations. Although I didn't go thr...ough with the deal (not his fault), I am more educated after his explanations.

My wife and I sold a coop and bought a condo and used this office for both transactions. Although it seems that ours is a standard transaction, we needed the purchase contingent on the sale and the sale contingent on the purchase. Meaning if either didn't close, we could cancel the other. Eugene n...egotiated both contracts and we had 7 days to stay in our coop after we closed, so that we could close on our condo. Overall very good experience.

I switched to Mr. Levin after signing my contract with another attorney. The other attorney was not responsive and not helpful. Unfortunately the contract was already signed and my other attorney convinced me that I was safe without a mortgage contingency, which is definitely not the case. Anyway lon...g story short, I closed with Mr. Levin's office without any problems.

I have been saving for years for my dream home. I counted every penny. The house I found was a short sale and pursuant to my research short sales often do not close. I was concerned about spending a lot of money (inspection, appraisal, legal fees, application fees) and then not have the deal close. Y...evgeny told me if the deal would not close he would only charge me half of his fee. After 3 month of waiting, the short sale bank rejected my offer and I had lost so much time and money. Yevgeny actually waived his fee on the condition that I use him on the next deal. I will surely do so. That was very kind and I am much appreciative.
