Don’t believe this person! This man said that he had filed my I 589 form to Uscis and I had been waiting the outcome for three long years! Every time I requested the information about the case Sirota Always told me that it was fine and I had to wait. Moreover I paid him 10 000 for the service. I ...was devastated when I learnt that my I 589 was never filed after I requested FOIA. Sirota never admitted that fact and disappeared and tried to avoid to contact me. Finally when I visited his office to request the refund of the job which was never done Sirota had additional secret exit out his office.! Don’t believe him and never ever use his service!

Vladislav Sirota and team at his law company are a fantastic support through a complex situation involving mental illness and capacity issues, children’s interests, unclear finances and a great deal of uncertainty. Vladislav is unfailingly empathetic and patient with our situation, seeking a fair ou...tcome for all and being very pragmatic with his advice. I also appreciate the transparent charging structure - whilst we are not through to the most intensive stage of the process yet, it is good to know what the cost is likely to be.

Never contact this scam company. You will lose both your money and time. It's just business, no one is interested in your case. We have been cleaning up the mess for 5 years now. Thanks to this pseudo-lawyer and his assistant, we violated our stay in America. He did not file an application for asylum... on time. He did not declare to the court that he was our representative. They applied for a work permit twice, but they refused. Of course there will be refusals, because the application for asylum was not filed. Constant lies that everything was done. It's a pity that we did not understand a lot back then. But everything will come back to these people like a boomerang. We are simply shocked by such sloppiness, negligence, incompetence, lies and unprofessionalism.
