I have been lucky enough to have known Vladislav Sirota for 4 years. Without his help I couldn’t have reached a successful outcome with my finances and immigration. Don’t believe this person! This man said that he had filed my I 589 form to Uscis and I had been waiting the outcome for three long years! Every time I requested the information about the case Sirota Always told me that it was fine and I had to wait. Moreover I paid him 10 000 for the service. I ...was devastated when I learnt that my I 589 was never filed after I requested FOIA. Sirota never admitted that fact and disappeared and tried to avoid to contact me. Finally when I visited his office to request the refund of the job which was never done Sirota had additional secret exit out his office.! Don’t believe him and never ever use his service!
