Excellent work

I used Vladislav Sirota Firm for my Green Card Application (which was successful) and I must say this has been the best experience! He is very professional, fees were resonable and guided me through the process in a way that made me feel at ease throughout with his extensive knowledge and honest cou...ncil. Great service, I recommend these guys 100%.

The best immigration lawyer!

I want to use this opportunity to say huge thanks to Vladislav Sirota for his brilliant work on my Advance Parole. My first attempt to this document has been unsuccessful as the lawyer who promised to help me failed. I have spent a lot of time and money but despite all the reassurances the result... was complete fiasco. I have to admit that these two day in the immigration office were really stressful as neither myself nor my friends and relatives could belive that you would do your job so nice and smoothe. Now when I am onboard of the plane with the Advance Parole in my hands I can't help telling everyone who needs help of this kind that you are a true professional and a wonderful person. From behalf of all my family and myself please accept my sincere gratitude. From now on I know for sure who is my Legal Adviser in US and who I will recommend to all the people I know. Truly warm regards.

He didn't do a thing with my case.

He didn't do a thing with my case. Always was late to submit documents. Always was missing some papers. Pretty much didn't do anything to win my case. Vladislav Sirota and his other attorney in his office messed up my case. They didn't proof anything in my favor, so judge decided to deport me. Didn't... back up my case with proper evidence. I met 2 people who had "deportation" on their case because of him too. He takes your money and you will get nothing in return! And I've asked many people around after I realized that he didn't do a thing to win my case, people around told me that many, many people received "deportation" on court. Stay away. He takes your money and later on after nothing is finished yet will ask for more.

Smart and attentive

During the immigration process of my family this attorney helped us very much. His knowledge of the immigration law is vast. With a myriad of cases behind his belt he has rich reference experience. My case was really difficult and other lawyers didn’t know where to begin and how to help me. His fees ...were reasonable and his scheduling adaptive to our needs.

Child support repayments

I’ve entrusted my case to lawyer Vladislav Sirota on advice of relatives and have not regretted. My husband did not pay child support for several years and already owe a large enough sum, sister worked with this company, and I've heard a lot of feedbacks , therefore decided to address there. The w...ork was completed just in time and my debt has been fully refunded, there were no long court proceedings, we all decided through peaceful negotiations . Thank you, Mr. Sirota!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
