he promas me he make this case maximum 2 week and she will be outside, i give money and wait him, after one week i ask him whats going on ? he start liar me and after did not answer phone, so he is my wife lawyer and he did not answering phone. so she call from emigration prison and vladislav no ans...wering several times. i asking what s going on? he did not answer phone never. 2 week went out but he did not answering and did not giving me money back. my wife still in prison. i give money 18 days ago, he did not answering me last one weeck, i dont know whats going on? he say if cant make this case he giving back money but this is lae.... he still not answering phone. what u think he is good lawyer ? my wife still inside and VLADISLAV Still not ansvering

The lawyer failed to explain the whole process of why we have hired him. Than, when he took the money, he just done the 20% of the job and he knew that 80% could not be fulfilled by us. So he just stopped replying our emails and phone. We had to report him to New York Bar Association to take the rema...ining money back from him.

He didn't do a thing with my case. Always was late to submit documents. Always was missing some papers. Pretty much didn't do anything to win my case. Vladislav Sirota and his other attorney in his office messed up my case. They didn't proof anything in my favor, so judge decided to deport me. Didn't... back up my case with proper evidence. I met 2 people who had "deportation" on their case because of him too. He takes your money and you will get nothing in return! And I've asked many people around after I realized that he didn't do a thing to win my case, people around told me that many, many people received "deportation" on court. Stay away. He takes your money and later on after nothing is finished yet will ask for more.
