KLG helped me to set up the LLC., and drafted all the legal agreements that my company needed. They negotiated the commerc...ial lease, drafted an Employment Contract template that I can easily customize myself and helped me to develop 'Terms and Conditions' and the 'Privacy Policy'. Despite me calling him dozens of times and requesting numerous changes for every Document drafted, Alex never charged me a penny more than what was originally quoted. Had I hired a lawyer who charged by the hour, I would have probably spent tens of thousands of dollars. Alex Kleyman charged me a fraction of that price and his firm continues to help me manage my business and legal needs. He is extremely smart, knowledgeable, effective and reasonably priced.
