Yenisey Rodriguez-McCloskey is a business attorney with more than fourteen years of progressive experience handling a wide variety of commercial matters, including assisting with business start-ups, food and beverage deals, business break-ups, partnership disputes, securities lawsuits and real estate disputes in State and Federal courts and in arbitrations proceedings nationwide before the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), Financial Industry Regulation Authority (“FINRA”) and Chicago Board of Options Exchange (“CBOE”). She has extensive hands-on experience in business development and management, and has been the point person for client communications on high-level cases.
Ms. Rodriguez-McCloskey is a pragmatic, skilled negotiator and engineer of numerous cost-effective resolutions. Her track record of success in court and in arbitration and mediation proceedings assists her in devising appropriate resolutions to mediation problems.
Ms. Rodriguez-McCloskey is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar. She graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University. Ms. McCloskey attended New York Law School. Ms. Rodriguez-McCloskey is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ms. Rodriguez-McCloskey is also an associate Real Estate Broker.
Yeni, as she is known affectionately, was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. She currently resides in a Brooklyn Heights New York Historic District landmark building.
