I have worked with Andrew Sachs on multiple projects over a period of 5 years. First I hired him to advise me on navigating legal issues and forming business model around a healthcare startup which was initially envisioned as a brick and mortar model, but later morphed into an on-demand technology pl...atform. A couple of years after, I reached out to Andrew to advise me on a franchise model in healthcare, negotiate and complete my deal. A two years later I contacted Andrew to advise me on a business asset sale transaction which involved a rather complicated lease negotiation with a blue chip global landlord based in midtown Manhattan. He selects his involvements carefully but once he accepts the job, he invests in his clients and is an absolute professional.

I was referred to Andrew Sachs to help me draft a standard contract for my sole proprietorship business. Andrew rapidly wrapped his head around what I do, and what kinds of things I should have outlined in my contracts. He was willing to go through a few iterations to get it perfect, and provided som...e great suggestions for me to consider along the way. I came back to Andrew for a follow up case where I needed some consent and release forms that a client's attorney was asking for.
