I140/I485 PETITION

My I140 and I485 petition were filed with the help of Marc and John. My primary point of contact was John and he was immensely responsive to all my queries. Everything was processed through Emails and internet and was very smooth. i was always up to date on my case progress. the whole process fro...m signing the agreement to GC approval took 8.5 months which includes the time lost in RFE response from my employer.

Aided Successful Immigration to USA

My husband and I worked with Marc Taylor's office (Maritza Diaz and Marc Taylor primarily, actually) to successfully get my husband's CR-1 visa to enter the USA. I am based in Georgia and Mr. Taylor's office is in New York, but my husband and I never had to visit the office in person -- we were able ...to complete all the paperwork over the phone/via email (except for the embassy visits my husband had to make in his home country, of course). I found Mr. Taylor's prices to be very affordable (I am a student, and budget is a big consideration), and I was able to get all the individualized feedback and answers to many questions I had about the paperwork in a timely, professional manner. This individualized feedback is the main reason I would recommend Mr. Taylor's office: I think I got good value for my money. I did end up preparing some of the paperwork myself, but I was always able to get someone at Mr. Taylor's office to instruct me in how to do so, and to check the final product for any errors before sending it in. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to try to immigrate to the USA or help a relative immigrate without the help of Mr. Taylor or a similar immigration lawyer -- you need an experienced, knowledgeable person to help you understand how to fill out the paperwork and conduct yourself during any interviews that will be held. Terrible option run away

I hired them to handle my GC process, lack of knowledge, lack of communication, they don't know what they are doing (none of them believe me), they all are useless. I gave them one star because the system won't let me post my review without marking any stars, they deserve -5 stars

This is a rather unfortunate response to the underlying circumstances of this representation. I wish this reviewer success in their immigration matter, but I was not able to engage in conduct, that in my assessment, is contrary to my ethical obligations as a licensed attorney and Officer of the Court. I have represented the employer of this individual in a substantial amount of immigration matters over a number of years. It is regretful that I had to cease continued representation of this client, in not only this matter, but all of their matters; in my opinion, it was necessary, given my ethical obligations. The former client and their employee were well advised to immediately seek assistance of other legal counsel. I would expect that my former client and this reviewer, decide to conduct themselves in a manner that does not place their next legal representative in a similar position as they have placed me, and wish them success in all of their immigration matters.
