Courteous, efficient and successful. Received a judgment of not guilty on a stop sign ticket I knew to be unwarranted. I was specifically requested NOT to attend the hearing which I found confusing (I've never been in this situation before), however secretary Luba handled all of my questions and con...cerns professionally and alleviated my apprehensions. I was represented by a staff attorney, "Anthony". The fee was reasonable. Thank you for your excellent work.

Even thoug got recommend from friend who also had ticket. It was rescheduled few times, all together it took almost three years. After three years got GUILTY and suspension. I'm emigrant don't know nothing about new license probation. As a lawyer they should at list explained to me that if the case e...nd with guilty result my privileges will be taken away. On that case I would finished this ticket without rescheduling three times. Two years ago a was not maried and didn't have a baby. 2016 if I had plaid GUILTY I would pay same fine and suspension would hurt only me, today 2018 its effects my family. I never saw the lawyer, only girls who wrote receipt. Friend who did recommended this attorney also got GUILTY for his ticket.

TERRIBLE excuse for a lawyer and law office. In my life, I've only gotten 1 ticket (this one). I'm an A+ student and never been in trouble, besides this 1 ticket. He never asked me for my side of the story & never presented it to the judge (like I've heard he does for other cases). He pushed my case ...off for 5+ years, just to have me found guilty, my license suspended, over $1000 in DMV fees (not counting his fees), and my insurance skyrocketed. HE AND HIS OFFICE DID NOT EVEN TELL ME MY LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED! I FOUND OUT BY ACCIDENT WHEN I WENT TO GO PAY MY TICKET FEE! THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN ASSESSMENT FEES, THE POINTS SYSTEM, A POTENTIAL APPEAL, OR PENALTIES. THEY SIMPLY SENT AN EMAIL, AND WHEN I CALLED WITH QUESTIONS, TOLD ME TO LOOK THEM ON THE INTERNET. Now, I'm way more screwed then if I were to have pled guilty to begin with in 2012. I bet if I didn't pay him up front for my case in 2012, he would have had more incentive to beat it in 2017.

I was highly recommended to hire Mr Ziff to help me with traffic tickets. I called the office and spoke with staff and received forms I had to sign. One of the forms required me to sign that I authorize Mr Ziff to plead guilty and I called back and spoke with staff who kept me waiting and kept transf...erring me from one rude girl to another and than I was told that that's a general form everyone signs but it is of course doesn't apply to my case. When I questioned the need to sign it they said that maybe I have to hire different attorney. I explained that if form doesn't apply to me that there isn't a need to sign it. They transferred me to talk to one of the attorneys and he explained to me that that's general form which everyone signs and doesn't apply to me and we finished the conversation nicely. When I called right after that to ask one of the staff girls if they received credit card authorization to start the process they transferred me to attorney again who said " you had enough double checking" and " I won't take your case and dismissed me before even starting. I find it very unprofessional .

I had 2 tickets, 1 more speeding and 1 for a moving violation. Both tickets were about 1 1/2 years apart and both were found guilty with points. Absolute waste of a law degree and absolute waste of my heard earned money. Not even a call from his office, I had to dig through emails until I found an em...ail from his office in my spam box informing me of the judgement.
