From what I hear, cell phone tickets are very tough to beat - your word against the cop. I couldn't make it to trial and Jeff's assistant told me not to worry and that they would either get the ticket dismissed or get the trial rescheduled. They ended up beating the ticket and getting it dismissed ...- amazing!!
