I was all but resigned to pay the high price of points AND the DMV's 3 year driver responsibility assessment fee for unluckily being pulled over during one of NYC's Vision Zero ticketing blitzes. I tried to represent myself (after doing a great deal of time consuming research and gathering eviden...ce) at a previous hearing on another matter, but I failed miserably. I have been issued a cell phone ticket in Brooklyn borough and was very upset since it carries 5 points now. I am truck driver and having 5 points on my driver's license could cost me my job, so I decided to hire an attorney to handle my case. They might be good at regular small violations but they very bad at the criminal and others tickets and they still take your case and rub you. Case that I had at the end cost me zero, Jeffrey offer was 3500$ besides that my case got dismissed for free at the same time for 3500$ Jeffrey was suggesting... me to plea guilty and get 3 points and 2 days of community service! So be careful guys, and they asked me 500 ahead for just to change the date on court room! They completely were trying to rub Me!

Seems like his lawyer is out fishing or something instead of going to the courts to beat my case. I used him twice and did not hear from him or anyone in his office at all except an email both times saying I was found guilty. At least beat 1 of the 2 tickets. This lawyer is a complete joke. SAVE YOUR... MONEY DO NOT WASTE IT WITH ZIFF'S OFFICE. YOU WILL SPEND MONEY, NEVER HEAR FROM ANYONE IN HIS OFFICE AND THEN SPEND MORE MORE ONCE YOU ARE FOUND GUILTY AND YOU WILL BE BECAUSE THIS LAWYER ONLY CARES ABOUT GETTING PAID.
