Terrible, customer service.
When calling, (Angie and Jackie) they are very disrespectful. Called them in 2015 with a problem they should have solved, never solved, received another notice in 2018. Called them said they would look into it, never did, and they told me to stop calling, and hung up on me. They said they sent it to...

Excellent service
He has a newly renovated and organized office and his staff are extremely helpful. He was helpful with my matters and extremely professional. I have recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so. Mr. Choi is very kind as well as his staff.

Terrible Lawyer
Almost default on my mortgage loan due to ineptness. Was non-responsive to emails, phone calls or office visits when it we were in the closing phase. Always called for his receptionist to do something. He never really did anything. At closing, he was late by almost 40 minutes. Very unprofessional. ...

Would definitely recommend his services to others.
Andy was always willing to help me understand things I was unsure about. He was also very helpful when I was purchasing a house in Long Island. Not only that, his working environment was very friendly as well as his staff.
