I hired this attorney to file immigration paperwork, and upon further review I noticed that her Facebook account has vanished and the client reviews were extremely poor. I contacted them and I spoke to the attorney who assured me that I will receive part of my retainer. It's been 2 months and they re...fuse to take my calls. Furthermore someone contacted me with a picture of an eviction notice posted at their entrance. This goes to show that this firm is not one to be trusted. Do not hire this woman at all.

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the legal services provided by Marjory Cajoux. My partner and I engaged her services to assist with a petition, for which she required a substantial retainer fee upfront. Unfortunately, despite this significant payment, we have experienced minima...l progress and consistent frustration throughout the process. Prior to submission, we requested to review the petition and discovered over several major errors, all of which could have jeopardized the success of our case. We promptly brought these errors to her attention, provided clear instructions for correction, and yet these necessary changes have still not been made. Additionally, Marjory Cajoux has been consistently unresponsive to our email inquiries, often failing to provide straightforward updates on our case. Instead, she engages in lengthy phone conversations that provide little to no value yet result in additional billing. These practices have caused us considerable stress, wasted our time, and further delayed our petition process. We believe her conduct to be highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Such actions suggest a disregard for her clients' concerns and a failure to provide competent legal representation. We strongly believe she should be held accountable for her behavior, and we advise others to exercise extreme caution before engaging her services. We sincerely hope this letter encourages a review of her practices to prevent other clients from facing similar frustrations and potential harm to their legal matters.
