I found Jeff online in 2009 when I was looking for an intellectual property attorney to help me when my product was being counterfeited. Jeff got a judgment against the counterfeiter as well as getting trade dress protection of my product. Jeff also handled "take down" notices with auctions sites,... video hosting sites and payment portals, effectively closing down the counterfeiter's operation. I have continued to use Jeff for trademark registrations and counsel. He is the ideal attorney for the small business owner - available, knowledgeable and with reasonable fees.
