My father was a U.S. citizen, but sadly passed away six years ago. There’s a lot to say about this man. I entered the U.S. for the first time on a crew visa to work on a cruise ship. After completing a few contracts, I made the mistake of staying in the U.S. on a C1D visa and marrying my wife, who filed a petition on my behalf because I was told I could do that. Aft...er the petition was approved, we attended our consular interview and were shocked to learn that my immigrant visa was denied. I needed a waiver of inadmissibility due to overstaying my crewman visa and having a criminal record in my home country. We submitted a waiver, but after a year, it was denied because there was no waiver available for what I was accused of in my country, despite my past demonstration of innocence. Unfortunately, in a third-world country, things often work against you, and my wife and I were devastated. Just when we thought there was no solution, someone recommended Daniel. He presented several options, including the possibility that the law was incorrectly applied by the consular officer. Initially, we were skeptical, as we had always believed that consular officers know everything. However, we decided to give it one more try. Long story short, I am now in the U.S. We are incredibly grateful to this man because he is not only an excellent human being but also honest and knowledgeable about what he does.

A Daniel lo contrate para que me solucionara un error que cometi al llenar un parol, me tuvo esperando por mas de un mes, no solucionó nada y dijo que yo tampoco siguiera intentando porque lo negarian de nuevo, me canse de esperar a que el hiciera algo. Corregi el error anterior yo misma y gracias a ...Dios y a que no me confie a El, esta vez todo salio bien y Emigración aprobó mi solicitud. El dijo que me devolveria el dinero que le pague y hasta la fecha sigo esperando. De eso hace mas de un año ya.
