You hired our firm to exercise your right to a hearing as a matter of principle to fight the ticket that clearly stated in red capital bold print that a full or partial payment means you are admitting liability for the fine and giving up your right to a hearing. Nevertheless, you paid the ticket after retaining this firm without telling anyone at our firm about your plans to pay the ticket for which you hired this firm to fight on your behalf. We only found out about the payment you made from the court at your appearance. We hope that the positive outcome will contribute to your peace of mind as part of your process of moving forward.
