I hired him afer my ex wife filed motions as I was divorced uncontested and I moved to wa state then he took retaine fee fourtyfivehundred but never went in court he know that I am in wa state and every time I fly to see him he goes busy and I do take appointment though he do this I was having heada...che and court said u should hire another lawyer (means waste to other money) I lost seeing my kids talking with my kids because of this lawyer and he didn't care he never told me or whoever was calling me as his secretary she never told me he ia fired or suspended by bar council in NYC for taking clients money and not appearing in court as a council i wish he should suffer the same and God give him knowledge for what he did to me .

I hired Richard to do my divorce and he didn't do the job to my satisfaction , cause once he received the papers back from the exwife he was telling me that he was going to take them to court and never did. So now I'm trying to get my money back from him that I paid him and it's been more than 2 year...s and he still hasn't paid me back my money he keeps telling me excuses, so I recommend not to hire him for any type of work that you need to be done he won't finish the work and if he needs to pay you he won't pay you when he suppose to pay you.

I came to richard when facing a tough & on going fight within Family Court for a support Violation & visitation modification. from the first time I met with richard & went over my cases as well as my experiences thus far with family court, He listened, Questioned, Gave legal advice. Most importa...ntly He DID NOT sell me a dream! As most lawyers do. In fact It was very humbling. With his advice I prepared for the worse and hoped for the best. Ive been going back and forth to court for over 4 years. Within my child support case I was seeking incarceration for my child's father who has willfully not paid child support in years. He has quit jobs as well as disclosed any employment he has had from child support enforcement. *Which is Illegal* He owed over 8 thousand dollars when my petition was filed. after many conferences with the magistrate, My child's father was all of sudden able to pay his child support. Yet & still paying on his own terms. His arrears decreased to 6 thousand dollars. At this point I lost all faith. I knew I needed representation, But my heart already had given up. Luckily this case was sent to a hearing. With richard by my side my faith was restored. His delivery Packed a powerful punch. after 2 Days of trial The magistrate gave my child's father 3 months incarceration. Once the case was sent to the judge, I can Honestly say Richard Brought It All Home! In the courtroom he spoke with such intensity & Facts that the judge could not deny his testimony. The judge then Increased the time for incarceration from 3 months to 4 months. Immediately I could Not Contain myself. I broke down in tears of joy. He then wrapped his arms around me and held me while I cried. Ive fought for a long time and endured so much pain and suffering & to finally have justice served, brought a great deal of appreciation & gratitude for Richard.

I am reading the bad reviews and they are not truthful or real. Richard is very smart and knows how to deal with family court from top to bottom hands down. He treats you like family and is always there for you with any help or guidance. He was there for my family and always has your best Interst in ...mind. I dont trust people easy but I trust Richard and just give him a call or set up a meeting with him and you will see what I am talking about. One thing I will say that having a lawyer is always a good first step but know the laws in family court and how things work before you blame a lawyer for things not moving fast. Most issues are within the broken family court system not the lawyer.

Overall an amazing attorney Mr. B represented me in my criminal and family case. Spoke to him on a regular basis more like family. He does what he need to make sure you win. Never had to chase behind him to make sure the job gets done. He has been beyond helpful and understanding. I will give him ho...nestly overall 10/10 never had any issues with him. Thanks again Mr.B!
