The Best Attorney I've Ever Had.

I came to richard when facing a tough & on going fight within Family Court for a support Violation & visitation modification. from the first time I met with richard & went over my cases as well as my experiences thus far with family court, He listened, Questioned, Gave legal advice. Most importa...ntly He DID NOT sell me a dream! As most lawyers do. In fact It was very humbling. With his advice I prepared for the worse and hoped for the best. Ive been going back and forth to court for over 4 years. Within my child support case I was seeking incarceration for my child's father who has willfully not paid child support in years. He has quit jobs as well as disclosed any employment he has had from child support enforcement. *Which is Illegal* He owed over 8 thousand dollars when my petition was filed. after many conferences with the magistrate, My child's father was all of sudden able to pay his child support. Yet & still paying on his own terms. His arrears decreased to 6 thousand dollars. At this point I lost all faith. I knew I needed representation, But my heart already had given up. Luckily this case was sent to a hearing. With richard by my side my faith was restored. His delivery Packed a powerful punch. after 2 Days of trial The magistrate gave my child's father 3 months incarceration. Once the case was sent to the judge, I can Honestly say Richard Brought It All Home! In the courtroom he spoke with such intensity & Facts that the judge could not deny his testimony. The judge then Increased the time for incarceration from 3 months to 4 months. Immediately I could Not Contain myself. I broke down in tears of joy. He then wrapped his arms around me and held me while I cried. Ive fought for a long time and endured so much pain and suffering & to finally have justice served, brought a great deal of appreciation & gratitude for Richard.

A knowledgable attorney, a caring counselor

Mr. Borzouye is a kind and understanding man who went above and beyond for me when helping me with my legal matter. I found him to be very knowledgable in the area of law that my case pertained to and he was very flexible in terms of being able to be reached day or night, he met me where it was conv...ienent for me, even if it wasn't in his usual office. In addition to his office in Brooklyn he has other satellite offices he was able to meet me in which is closer to my home. Most importantly he was very fair with his retainer agreement and let me make payments in installments which was very much appreciated. I always felt that Mr. Borzouye genuinely cared about me and my case and did his best to get the results we wanted. He is also easily reached, and although he can get busy he always returned my calls. I was cautious to hire an attorney who had been disciplined but Mr. Borzouye came highly recommended and when he explained why he was disciplined it really turned out not to affect my case or my impression of his capabilities. You will not regret hiring Mr. Borzouye, he is truly a smart and caring individual.

No need to look any further!

I would recommend Richard Borzouye with out a question! From day one he has been nothing but supportive and helpful. He always answers the phone unless he is in court. Mr. Borzouye always makes himself available to you like you are family. He has taken numerous hours out of his day to speak with me a...bout my case and explain every little detail. You can tell how much he cares because he never stops communication. He texts me every so often just to see how I'm doing. With all this being said he is a great lawyer and he has great pull with the people above. He was able to set up a meeting with the ADA with out even blinking an eye. Mr. Borzouye will do anything he can to help, and his fee is competitive and lower then most attorneys i met with.

all Around Good Lawyer

Richard has represented my husband and I several times in Child Custody cases. We have been dealing with Richard since 2009 when he first represented my husband in a child visitation case. My husband's X-wife was upset he had moved on and decided that she no longer wanted my husband to see his son.... Richard sat down with us and explained our rights and truly got to know us so that he could properly defend/represent us in court. At the court date Richard was clearly prepared to defend our rights as the non-custodial parent. Richard was able to get the judge to understand my husbands needs and desires to be a good father and the judge granted my husband a better visitation scenario than my husband had had. On the next few cases brought up against my husband Richard used his two sense and profound legal background to just have the motions dismissed in court. Things have been pretty quiet in our lives as of lately but Richard still checks in on us every few months to make sure that all the court orders are being obeyed and that we are happy and well. I recommend Richard to anyone looking for a Fair, Caring, Knowledgeable Lawyer that is going to be straight with you good or bad and stand by your side thru every step. Tannia & Manny
